The reality is unthinkable during the era of the youthful days of this Mande. He advocates one head coach, one captain, and one vice captain.  The head coach and staff must be the selectors.
 In Guyana cricket;  Quentin Sampson and other Essequebo cricketers are continually overlooked.  Former outstanding international cricketers are not being precise. Therefore, are not part of the solution. 
WI T20 2023 squad Narine and Russell may be unavailable. Athanaze, Rutherford, Lewis, Pooran, King, Hetmyer, Mayers, Hope  Powell, Hosein, Motie, Shepherd, Joseph, Paul, McCoy, Holder

The coaches must be no more than nine years removed from international cricket. 
The coaches must have successful careers as test, ODI and T20I players. 
The coaches must be transparent. 
The coaches must publish a depth chart for every genre of the game for every region.
