Caesar Solomon

 MaaNgala Oni Shankalla

November 10, 2021  ·

Caesar Solomon is likely the grandfather of my grandmother Rachael Campbell. Almost every occasion I have seen his name it is written as Solomon Caesar. That reality is similar to copycats parroting the misinformation of shareholders and villages. The plantations were purchased as shares. The purchasers are by individuals owning of complete shares and groups of our people as joint owners of shares. The organ of the colonial government - the Official Gazette of British Guiana – describes the purchases as being made by shareholders and joint-proprietors of the amount of shares of the said plantation. Hence the colonial government referred to the activity as similar to that of a corporation.

Please also note other publications list Pollidore Bentick among the common error of 83 names. Please consult the Official Gazette of British Guiana, 1854 for a more accurate understanding of the truth and reality.  Pay attention to the pronouncements of the colonial administration. Also check the partitioning of lands such as July 26, 1856 page 771. There are useful information respecting forgotten relatives,

It’s long overdue to give our social history professors, commentators, descendants of people enslaved in Berbice, Demerary and Essequebo, and family historians the failing grades they all deserve on the subject of the purchasing of plantations.  The context is shares, shareholders and joint-proprietors of plantations. The roles of missionaries in the purchases must be closely scrutinized. The missionaries pacified our people, the missionaries encouraged our ancestors to waste their four years of labour they exchanged for access to Rothschild money supply by purchasing abandoned estates and/or plantations, please note there were several communities of runaway slaves on the banks of rivers and creeks. There was one community at Mahaica as late as the early 1830s. The enslaved should have abandoned the estates and plantations completely. They ought to have settled on crown lands further away from the Europeans like the so-called indigenous people. The enslaved should have freed themselves from European constructs. The Europeans including the missionaries are the greatest beneficiaries of the purchasing of plantations November 1839 - December 31, 1852. The churches and their properties in the communities; are the greatest reminders of the deception; the missionaries practiced against the enslaved and their descendants.

Current generations must open their third eyes. Current generations must wake up.  Current generations must look beyond the slave curtain. Current generations must understand who they were before super predators violated our ancestors are who they really are as humans, Current generations must take the veils of the evil which enslaves our people.  Current generations must assess the deceit, greed and treachery of the Europeans against our representation and ourselves. Current generations must make tangible efforts to right those wrongs. Current generations must advocate reparatory justice for our ancestors at home known as Africa and abroad called Guyana and so on.

Plantation Golden Grove

 MaaNgala Oni Shankalla

Golden Grove - Nabaclis Village District

December 13, 2013  ·

Plantation Golden Grove, was purchased on January 5, 1848. Bentick Sancho, and Tuckness Sancho, are listed among the Shareholders and Joint-Proprietors. The plantation was divided into fifty two (52) shares. by my calculation there were thirty four shareholders, sixteen shares of two joint proprietors and two shares of three joint proprietors. therefore the total number of known persons involved in the purchasing is seventy- two (72). other than the area of the plantation and its geography,   I have no further meaningful information relative to the events prior to the purchase. I accessed what amounts to spectulation - conjecture - that the would be  purchasers  met regularly under a tamarind tree  located in front of the Sam family residence at Sand Street.

The following are the names of the Shareholders and  Joint-Proprietors.

Shareholders :Filbert Horatio, Ben Conwright., Job Timmany, Gilbert Daniel, Stewart Smith, Samuel Sumner (Sambo Sumner), Lena Hercules, Bentick Sancho, Cheesewright Josiah, Sophy David, Leah Giles, James Smith, Rowland Chester, Bristol Newport, Gooding Porter, Tuckness Sancho, Robert Europe, Prince Grant, Joseph Beard, Diamond Chester, Grenville Green, Jupiter Quashey, Douglas HectorJohn Sumner, Benjamin Solomon, Quammy David, Sam Sarrabo, Blackwell Simon, Cuffy Hopkinson, Frank Hopkinson, Frederick Hope, George Jack, Charles Christmas

Joint-Proprietors: Luke Philip and Potina Tout (Gotina Stout), Quashey Luke and Prince Asannah, Wellington Rogers and William Whitlock, Laughlin M'Kenny and Rodney Ralph, Sammy Richard and Sampson Collier (Sampson Collins), Nelly Diamond and Antoinette Munro, Frank Seaforth and Adonis Seaforth, Daniel Virgil and Margaret M'Arthur, Sam Dick (Samuel Dick) and Jack Newport, Phillip Daniel and Mary Ann Stafford (widow), Edward Kingston and Beecles Graham, Billy George and Molly Sam, Duke Cato and Peggy Cato (widow), Billy Billieson and Harry Bacchus, Cornwall Porter and Michael Goring, James Simon and George Timmany, Andrew Lexey, Anthony Thomas and Betsey Thomas (widow), & Ned MacKie, Richmond MacKie and Daniel MacKie

Whenever you share this information, just say you obtain it from Muriel Sancho 's last child, M'lilwana Osanku aka Egyptian Crappaud.  I will make the account of the purchase of Plantation Nabaclis known  here before Christmas 2013.

Do not be fooled by culture pirates selling their opinions as well researched accounts of our history.  Fire burn those devils.

Victoria, East Coast Demerara

Dr. Thomas Adolphus Jones (1873) and Donald Thomas Adolphus Jones (1855-1945)

I am extremely ecstatic. I am extremely grateful to Professor Nigel Westmaas. He sent me a copy of William Nicholas Arno's text – A history of Victory Village. I am relieved. I finally obtained the opportunity to access the text. I read the rather small book four times since accessing it at this morning; 12AM, on Tuesday, May 01, 2007.

 A number of startling facts – and omissions – jump off the text right at me. Arno stated on page 13, at the institution of Local Government Ordinance in 1892, a village Council was formed at Victoria. S. O. Maison, a dispenser of the village was elected the first Chairman. Other successive chairmen were Messrs.; A. M. Lord, E. C. Blair, E. B. Collins, H. D. Dolphin, Hubert Alfred Thompson, George Rutherford, Ralph Moore, Leslie R. D. Ainsworth, Stanley Roberts, the last named being the current holder of the office. I noticed James A. Barbour-James was left off the list of Chairmen of Victoria-Belfield village district.

 While no mention is made of (1.)Campbell and the donation of land upon which a church was erected. (2.) The contributions, John Lucie Griffith, Henry Lawrence, Daniel Thomas Adolphus Jones (1855-1945), and persons of other ethnicity including; Portuguese, East Indians, and Chinese made to the community. (3.) The effects of disturbances, and riots such as civil disobedience at Cove & John (1834), Angel Gabriel (February 1856), Cent Bread (March 1889), and September 29, 1902, and, Politically racial motivated disturbances 1962-1964 at Victoria.

 The text confirms my belief that a series of inadequate literature, regarded as the histories of the villages, were published by various writers at varying periods of our history.

 I believe extensive research must be undertaken to document and compose the authentic history of the communities in Guyana, highlighting all phases of live within those communities.   I know sources of data on British Guiana, are found scattered, but available in various institutions of research in Australia, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, West Indies, and Holland. I charge it is our responsibility as people to produce accounts of the history of our communities, and kinships in a manner befitting the contributions of our ancestors, our kinships and their comrades.

 It is my hope the members of the forums would be interested in researching, documenting and publishing, their thoughts, opinions and interests for the benefit of future generations.

 Truth must never be allowed to die.

 In the portion dedicated to the building of the Community Centre, entitled; Historical review of the Project – Victoria Village Community Centre Aided Self-help, Arno tells us the project begun in 1951 under the leadership of Stanley Roberts. In 1955, a Planning Committee was established and chaired by Ralph Moore. The primary persons involved at various period are, Mesdames; Mabel Thompson, Mildred Saul, Irene Samuels, Lillian Hendericks, Gertrude Beaton, Adora Williams and Mildred Rutherford Messrs.: C. Joseph, George and Joseph Assanah, Clifford Major, Joseph Hope, Charles Murphy, W. Oscar Garnett, Samuel A. Cupido, and Leslie R. D. Ainsworth. The architect and supervisor were Samuel A. Cupido. He was ably supported by Donald Gillis. The services of Joseph Hope, was invaluable.    The project was completed in 1957. On December 22, 1957, Leslie R. D. Ainsworth then chairman of the village district made an outstanding speech declaring the Centre open to the general public.

 Arno reminds us Victoria Village can boast of having produced many artisans, carpenters, blacksmiths, and dispensers, along with a number of school teachers, many of whom became head masters in various districts of our colony. Then states among the outstanding people of Victoria are the following;

  •  Alfred Cambridge Poole, [General Contractor];
  •  Uriah Murray, [Schoolmaster];
  •  John Murray, Assistant Teacher;
  •  James Murray, Dispenser;
  •  Dr. Walter Jerrick, Medical Practitioner, in USA;
  •  Dr. Oscar Charles, Optometrist;
  •  Dr. S. J. Blair, Optometrist;
  •  Esau Elias, Baker;
  •  Jacob Elias, Baker;
  •  J. Caleb, Postmaster;
  •  Tom Charles, Postmaster;
  •  Jacob Norman Craigwell, Schoolmaster;
  •  Thomas Barry; Schoolmaster;
  •  Prince William Alexander, Schoolmaster, Ann's Grove, and Medical Practitioner, in USA;
  •  James Donald Ainsworth; Schoolmaster;
  •  George Mingo, Stationmaster, and Attorney-at-Law;
  •  E. B. Collins, Village Politician;
  •  Daniel E. Spencer, Village Politician;
  •  James Frederick Rose, father of Dr. Frederick G. Rose and grandfather of Sir David Rose, Governor General of Guyana, schoolmaster and Inspector of Schools (Education Officer);
  •   Rev. Dr. Patrick Talbot,
  •  Mr. Punch (Daddy Punch),
  •  William Africa Baptiste (Boss Africa)
  •  Jacob Donald Marks (Schoolmaster, Assistant to William Africa Baptiste at Victoria. Probably, the first schoolmaster at Golden Grove Wesleyan School, 1854.)
  •  I know our people must make and find the time necessary to access and read a number of published texts including;
  •  George Bunyan's History of British Guiana Teachers' Association (there are two publications),
  •  Browne's History of Bagotville,
  •  Dowden's our First Village, Ellis's History of Queenstown,
  •  John Campbell's History of Policing in Guyana,
  •  Wayne Jones' Prophet Wills,
  •  And numerous articles published in the Historical Gazette and Guyana Review.

 You will realize how much you did not know about British Guiana and the Guyanese people. You will also realize the truths you, the descendants, need to learn about yourselves. Thereby, you will pass on their knowledge to your descendants.

Forbes Burnham and Sampson and Sancho of Golden Grove, East Coast Demerara?

 Forbes Burnham and Sampson and Sancho of Golden Grove, East Coast Demerara?

The credentials of Linden Forbes Sampson Burnham (1923 –1985) as an advocate for anti-colonial rhetoric and acts were never in doubt. Also, there was no question Forbes Burnham was anti-European. Forbes Burnham exhibited the influences of Winston Churchill (1874 –1965) and Niccolo Machiavelli (1469 –   1527).  Burnham copied and parroted the phrasings of Winston Churchill. he also adopted the philosophy of Niccolo Machiavelli; especially as expressed in the publication “The Prince.”  The book was written in 1505, and published in 1515.  It is said Forbes Burnham did not like white people.  it was also rumored that Forbes Burnham resorted to violence against a white officer of the colonial British Guiana Police Force.  Here is my understanding of the alleged accounts.  Apparently, initially, Forbes Burnham requested the use of the telephone. The officer hesitated honoring the request.   Burnham told the officer, that, he is a Queen’s Council.  The officer refused to comply and made rude remarks with reference to Burnham and African people. Burnham took away a telephone. He began using it. The officer tried to repossess the telephone forcibly. Burnham responded by slapping the cheek of the officer.

There are no revelations in the content. Forbes Burnham danced with President John Kennedy (1917 –1963) and President Lyndon Johnson (1908 –1973), and the Prime ministers of Great Britain; Anthony Eden, (1897 –1977) Harold Macmillan (1894 –1986) Alexander   Douglas-Home, (1903 –1995) and Harold Wilson (1916 – 1995) and their administrations including The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL–CIO). That then, is the methodology, Forbes Burnham embraced and employed. This practice resulted Forbes Burnham becoming the Premier of the Colony of British Guiana in December 1964.  Forbes Burnham was a man who aspired, promoted, and sought his own self interests.  This was accomplished above, over and beyond his circumstances, his ethnicity and/or his racial grouping… Burnham employed, and utilized whoever regardless of the numbers of people to achieve his end. he did so at the expense of the masses… It appears Burnham had little and/or regard for legacy and/or the perception of his legacy.  It seems to me, Burnham’s mantra was simply, “the end results justified the means.”  the life and times and actions of Linden Forbes Sampson Burnham can be accurately summed up as a character who cared only about achieving and maintaining political power. Forbes Burnham was many faced.

I don’t think I could be or would be surprised by anything relative to Forbes Burnham. At this point I am interested and focused on the maternal heritage of Forbes Burnham as it relates to the community of Golden Grove and Nabaclis. who are the ancestors and relatives of Rachael Abigail (nee Sampson) Burnham?

I also believe, at some point, ancestors and other relatives of Hamilton Greene, Shirley Field-Ridley, Walter Rodney, Norman Eustace Cameron, Claude Denbow and Rudolph Dunbar resided at Golden Grove and Nabaclis.  perhaps, a number of relatives of the folks mentioned above are still resident within the community. It is known the grandfather of Eusi Kwayana resided at Bush Corner, in Golden Grove… The grandmother and the mother of Forbes Burnham resided at Bush Corner, in Golden Grove…

James Ethelbert Burnham is the father of Forbes Burnham. He was a schoolmaster at Kitty Methodist School. He possessed Barbadian ancestry…Rachael Abigail Sampson, is the mother of Forbes Burnham. She is a member of the kinship of Sampson which resided at Bush Corner, Golden Grove, East Coast Demerara....The Hoyte family which resided at Line Top near the residences of Thomas Henry Benn and Miss Stacia Hollingsworth (Mrs. Stanford Solomon)  at Lama Dam in Nabaclis are members of the kinship of Sampson of Golden Grove….I recall hearing of  Hoyte and Sampson as being wayside preachers in the vicinity of Sandy Street at the Middle Walk in Golden Grove….Such scenes are likely, nonexistent, these days, in the rural communities.

what roles, if any, did the ancestors and relatives of the above played in the development of all phases of life in the community?

I believe and accept there are people who possess the DNA of both Sampson and Sancho. is Forbes Burnham, one of them? I don’t know the   answer to such a question… I think not. I hope not. But I would like to ascertain the answer to such a scenario as soon as possible and as accurately as humanly possible. A number of the people of Sancho; Sydney Marious, Leebert Sancho,  Leeroy Sancho and Richard Cosbert have indicated to me, that there were some relationships between Sampson and Sancho. Thus, the possibility exists that Forbes Burnham may possess the DNA of Sancho. Leebert Sancho also claimed Forbes Burnham had knowledge of Sancho of Berbice. He stated Burnham mentioned that Cort of Rose Hall, on the Coast of the Corentyne River are people of Sancho. Perhaps, Sydney Marious, Leebert Sancho, Leeroy Sancho and Richard Cosbert are not wrong and there is more to the Sampson and Sancho relationship than meets the eyes in the published accounts of a Court Case at the Magistrate Court at Belfield on Wednesday, May 2, 1895.

Before Mr. J. T. Thorne, S.J.P.,  on Wednesday, May 2, 1895,  Neval Taylor, Mars Sancho, Peggy Sampson, Mamzel Sampson, Robert Portsmouth and Dada Sancho were charged by J. M. Griffith, Sergeant, with assembling on the 22nd ult., (Sunday, April 22, 1895) at Golden Grove for some unlawful purpose. they were each ordered to sign bonds of $5, and one surety $5 each for three months, in default one month’s imprisonment. Source: Police News -Belfield; The Daily Chronicle Saturday, May 5, 1895: page 4.

I need to be enlightened…Who are Mars Sancho, and Dada Sancho?  Who are Peggy Sampson, and Mamzel Sampson? How do they relate to Sampson and Sancho?

Iconoclastes - Sunday Chronicle 1943

 Iconoclastes - Sunday Chronicle 1943

Clearly the promises of the colony of British Guiana as expected in the independent nation of Guyana can only be accurately defined as unfulfilled.  Guyana has emerged as a Land of broken dreams, unsatisfied promises and retarded development. Guyana today is an absolute nightmare. Certainly, Guyana is not what I expected it would be in this era when I was excited by the attainment of political independence in May 1966. In fact, clearly, Iconoclastes could not fathom the decadence occurring in the Guyana society in this current times.

The columnist known by the nom-de-plume Iconoclastes was really an exceptional thinking human being.  Iconoclastes wrote fifty – two outstanding articles which were published in the Daily Chronicle newspapers in the Sunday editions issued for the year 1943. Every article but one is found on page two.  On April 25, 1943 the article is found on page five. Human intelligence demands improved conditions of life of the masses and the greater good man. Iconoclastes spoke volumes some seventy one years ago.  It is clear to any and every reasonable thinking human being to conclude that during the last seventy one years every governmental administration in the colony of British Guiana and the so-called independent nation of Guyana have failed the people and  colony and/or state. The mere fact that hundreds of thousands of Guyanese are beyond the geo-political boundaries of Guyana is a definitive exhibit of the failures of the occupants of the highest offices in the land. The global economy and financial markets are controlled by Khazarain Ashkenazi Zionists.  The Rothschild family is the helm of the global financial market.  The Rothschild family owns every central bank of every nation except those of Cuba, Iran and North Korea.

What was Iconoclastes’ understanding of the Global economy during 1943? What is the legal and/or European slave name of this most impressive and articulate human being? What has the people of Guyana accomplished since the days of Iconoclastes? All I ever hear is hot air – about the richness of the natural resources found in Guyana. I must have heard those and/or similar phrase while I dwelt in the womb.

Simply look at the titles of Iconoclastes’ fifty two articles found in the Sunday Chronicle, 1943 listed below. You will get an impress of this forward thinking unsung hero. Clearly, Iconoclastes is recommended reading for Guyanese and people of the Guyanese Diaspora who requires a sense of the struggles facing the people of British Guiana during 1943.

CARICOM has failed West Indies cricket, 1995-2022

 Bangladesh defeated West Indies sweeping the three matches ODI series in a most emphatic manner at Providence in Guyana. But that’s not the focus of this exercise. The result was not at all surprising. Indeed Bangladesh underperformed in the test and T20 series. Bangladesh failed those of us who want CWI to make drastic changes in policy behaviors and implementation of a different culture of cricket in the region.

 Forgone conclusion – Desmond Haynes, Jimmy Adams, Phil Simmons and coaching staff will be given more opportunities by CWI to further embarrass West Indies supporters. This truth warrior applauds the supporters who chose to voice their opposition to the current atrocity masquerading as West Indies cricket.  This truth warrior is confident a current Guyanese team led by Shimron Hetmyer including Sherfane Rutherford, Chandrapaul Hemraj and Veerasammy Permaul  can convincingly defeat full strength Bangladesh teams in series of matches in the three international formats of the game in Guyana. And more over huge crowds would be in the stands.

This truth warrior is so tired of the continuum of losses, embarrassment and lack of accountability and transparency of CWI. The surprise is neither Phil Simmons nor Roddy Estwick has blamed Shimron Hetmyer for the defeats at Providence in Guyana. Go ahead CWI applaud Desmond Haynes, Jimmy Adams, Phil Simmons and coaching staff and give the votes of confidence and blame the players for the defeat at providence and praise them for winning elsewhere. Mediocrity knows no bounds.

Best case scenarios

This truth warrior is saying;

 CWI must replace the dinosaurs - Desmond Haynes, Jimmy Adams, Phil Simmons and coaching staff with folks 5-9 years retired from international cricket. Sarwan, Chanderpaul and Sammy and/or similar former cricketers need to replace those previously mentioned.

CWI must abolish selection panel. Coaching staff must be the selectors and be held accountable for fitness and performance of players and themselves. Coaching staff as selectors must be forced to be transparent by publishing list of top choices and depth charts of every type of skill set available in the West Indies suitable for the three international formats of the game.

CWI must only offer performance contracts based on series and match reviews

CWI must exterminate the culture of political and ethnic cleavages in selection of teams, squads and employees.

CWI must practice accountability and transparency of decision making processes.

CWI must arrest the culture and continuance of losing cricket and the nonsense of half full glass performances.

CWI must ensure the best cricketers are available for every series. In current times, Evin Lewis, Shimron Hetmyer, Sherfane Rutherford, Chandrapaul Hemraj, Gudakesh Motie, Veerasammy Permaul and Nicholas Pooran must be consistently available for test, ODIs and T20 matches.   Sunil Narine needs to be available for ODIs and T20 matches.

This truth warrior charges CARICOM has failed West Indies cricket, 1995-2022.  He put it to CARICOM to sponsor franchises in CWI competitions of  first class, ODIs and T20 matches Perhaps two or four more entities in first class, ODIs and T20 matches would make available enough talent selectors over looked in the six teams scenario which may become difference makers in international cricket. CWI must sponsor its own 8 or 10 franchises T20 competition devoid of foreign cricketers beginning in 2022.  This truth warrior thinks teams must be comprised of at least seven locals and four regional players and captained by locals.

major corporations

 Love for major corporations to invest or sponsor and/or take over Berbice, Guyana, and West Indies cricket. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough cricket fans in the geography of interest to interest the major corporations. Perhaps, the regional governments will finally wake up. Who will save West Indies cricket for West Indies supporters from the Big Idiots at CWI and their ongoing program of loosing cricket 1995-2022?
A number of well meaning individuals and groups are handcuffed by the mixed up moods and attitudes of CWI and its affiliates. None of them have any interest and/or vision stopping the wasting of talented 17-23 years old cricketers the various regional selectors regular overlook. Every team is full of old fellows 27-33 and beyond who have no future in the international arenas.  While the national U-19s and those younger 23 aren’t selected. The other major reason is docile wickets everywhere in the Caribbean. This results in producing mediocre batsmen incapable of producing on bowler friendly wickets elsewhere in the cricketing world.

Do you fantasize about playing county, regional and international cricket

 Do you fantasize about playing county, regional and international cricket? That is a question I love to ask every 5-19 years old male in Berbice, Guyana, and the West Indies.

When I was a child and teenager, I often imagined batting with Kanhai, Butcher, Fredericks and Kallicharran for Berbice, British Guiana, West Indies and Rest of the World teams. Winston Matthews, Joe Doolam, Randolph Etwaroo, Burlin Saheed, Randolph Ramnarace, and Annan Sukram are always on my teams. Black Jack, Anil Ramchiritar, Lal Munilall and Joe Sukwah are always in periphery of the playing eleven.

Of course, there are record breaking innings on perhaps most occasions. The grounds would be overwhelmed with spectators. Sobers, Hall and Griffith would be soundly trashed. Hunte would call upon the Christian god to save Barbados. Gilchrist would be so distraught he would refuse to bowl. Collie Smith would demand the Berbice players be tested to ensure they are humans.

Did you fantasize about you playing with and/or against international super stars? If you did – who are they?

Firry Fred and john snow were always savaged in my dreams. Lillee and Thomson encountered Perth December 1975 on every occasion in my dreams. Don Bradman was always dismissed with the first ball.  Hanif, Sunil, Gundappa, Chandu, Greg, Ian Doug, Rod, Tony, Tom, Ken, Colin Cowdrey, Colin Milburn, Graeme, Eddy and Barry would be subjected bouncers barrage on every occasion.

In my dreams, Berbice, British Guiana/Guyana, West Indies and Rest of the World teams never lost a match. And no match made it into the final session of the final day.

If CWI cared about producing winning West Indies Cricket

Hetmyer should have been captain of cricket associated Guyana at least three years. Perhaps, five years ago is reaching. Since Ritchie Richardson, there has not been a quality international captain. CWI 1995-2022, is continuously wasting great opportunities to produce world class teams. CWI completely wasted 2016 - the year of promise. CWI is miserable failure. CWI practice insularity and other biases. Fans support mediocrity. Nothing good can be reproduced from asininity of marginalization and ethnic biases. The fitness purge is ridiculous.

If CWI cared about producing winning West Indies Cricket;

  1. CWI would arrest losing cricket by getting rid of Phil Simmons and the entire lower management.
  2. CWI would   make every wicket in the Caribbean favorable to fast bowling.
  3. CWI would  be transparent by simply regularly publishing  positional depth charts such as off spinners, leg spinners, left arm spinners, wicket keepers, right arm fast bowlers, left arm fast bowlers, captains, right hand batsmen, left hand batsmen, opening batsmen, top six batmen, top choices for current teams and squads for test, ODI and T20 and injury reports
  4. CWI would demand every player be available and prepared for selection test, ODI and T20 teams and squads.
  5. CWI would  select one captain for international cricket
  6. CWI would  select the best possible players for every international format
  7. CWI would organize three to five a day physical exercises boot camp for at least nine consecutive days, prior to competition. This truth warrior is certain Lewis, Hetmyer, Narine, Rutherford, and Hemraj would be fit as they ever have previously.
  8. CWI would  abolish the unnecessary selection panel
  9. CWI would  make the coaches, the selectors
  10. CWI must employ coaches/selectors who played in IPL, test matches and ODIs within the last nine years.
  11. CWI would have zero tolerance policy the coaches/selectors, captains  and players be held liable for dismissals for failures per series
  12. CWI would offer coaches performance contracts with termination clauses.

This truth warrior is confident when CWI adopt the measures stated above West Indies will rise in world cricket.  At this period, West Indies ought to be battling India, Australia, England and New Zealand for the top spots in every international format; certainly, none in their right minds can expect different results while doing the same things which produced abysmal failures. This truth warrior is absolutely sure CWI - too many square pegs in round holes - has done nothing to arrest losing West Indies cricket 1995-2022.
