If CWI cared about producing winning West Indies Cricket

Hetmyer should have been captain of cricket associated Guyana at least three years. Perhaps, five years ago is reaching. Since Ritchie Richardson, there has not been a quality international captain. If CWI cared about producing winning West Indies Cricket;  

1. CWI would arrest losing cricket by getting rid of Phil Simmons and the entire lower management.
2. CWI would   make every wicket in the Caribbean favorable to fast bowling. 
3. CWI would  be transparent by simply regularly publishing  positional depth charts such as off spinners, leg spinners, left arm spinners, wicket keepers, right arm fast bowlers, left arm fast bowlers, captains, right hand batsmen, left hand batsmen, opening batsmen, top six batmen, top choices for current teams and squads for test, ODI and T20 and injury reports 
4. CWI would demand every player be available and prepared for selection test, ODI and T20 teams and squads.
5. CWI would  select one captain for international cricket
6. CWI would  select the best possible players for every international format
7. CWI would organize three to five a day physical exercises boot camp for at least nine consecutive days, prior to competition. This truth warrior is certain Lewis, Hetmyer, Narine, Rutherford, and Hemraj would be fit as they ever have previously.  
8. CWI would  abolish the unnecessary selection panel 
9. CWI would  make the coaches, the selectors
10. CWI must employ coaches/selectors who played in IPL, test matches and ODIs within the last nine years. 
11. CWI would have zero tolerance policy the coaches/selectors, captains  and players be held liable for dismissals for failures per series 
12. CWI would offer coaches performance contracts with termination clauses. 

This truth warrior is confident when CWI adopt the measures stated above West Indies will rise in world cricket.  At this period, West Indies ought to be battling India, Australia, England and New Zealand for the top spots in every international format; certainly, none in their right minds can expect different results while doing the same things which produced abysmal failures. This truth warrior is absolutely sure CWI - too many square pegs in round holes - has done nothing to arrest losing West Indies cricket 1995-2022.
