Love for major corporations to invest or sponsor and/or take over Berbice, Guyana, and West Indies cricket. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough cricket fans in the geography of interest to interest the major corporations. Perhaps, the regional governments will finally wake up. Who will save West Indies cricket for West Indies supporters from the Big Idiots at CWI and their ongoing program of loosing cricket 1995-2022?
A number of well meaning individuals and groups are handcuffed by the mixed up moods and attitudes of CWI and its affiliates. None of them have any interest and/or vision stopping the wasting of talented 17-23 years old cricketers the various regional selectors regular overlook. Every team is full of old fellows 27-33 and beyond who have no future in the international arenas. While the national U-19s and those younger 23 aren’t selected. The other major reason is docile wickets everywhere in the Caribbean. This results in producing mediocre batsmen incapable of producing on bowler friendly wickets elsewhere in the cricketing world.
