Pollard is awful. No excuse. Clive Lloyd demonstrated how to handle aging players. Lloyd witnessed the decline of West Indies cricket 1967-1973. Lloyd left West Indies cricket in a much better condition than when he inherited the captaincy of West Indies cricket.
Pollard is all muscle and no hustle. Pollard has demonstrated he cannot operate above his shoulders. I question Pollard’s usage of the matter beneath his skull and betwixt his ears.
Pollard is not convincing. Pollard demonstrated he prefers allegiance to insularity above, over and beyond a legacy of leading champion West Indies teams.
Pollard never stood up for the cricketers. Pollard’s collaboration with Phil Simmons, Jimmy Adams, Roger Harper and Desmond Haynes - CWI lower management - nonsense of fitness standards is most disgusting. Pollard was fully aware that processed is used to omit the best cricketers from selection. He succumbed to the foolishness of Phil Simmons, Jimmy Adams, Roger Harper and Desmond Haynes. They are a bunch of square pegs in round holes. CWI lower management is incompetent, awful and disgusting.
CWI is a mess. CWI executive branch is powerless. CWI is impotent. The entire lower management must be replaced. The ground staffs of every venue must also be replaced. Certainly, the wickets need to be made favorable to fast bowlers in every genre of international cricket. CWI executive branch must be held accountable for the continuance the nonsense of exchanging of bodies in lower management.
CWI executive branch must oversee a complete overhaul of policies, behaviors, contracts and performances. Insularity, performance clauses must be included in the contracts, whereby those guilty of failures can be immediately dismissed without compensation
